How excited am I? A whole damn lot. Jens Lekman has a new album coming out (Night Falls Over Kortedala) and what does his Swedish record label Service do? They offer a bonus CD and keep their price ($15) and shipping ($3) so reasonable that if you're even remotely a fan, you're not waiting for the Secretly Canadian release (Oct. 9 vs. Service's Sept. 5th release) whatsoever. So, I know that I'm going to be getting my Jens fix a whole month earlier than the rest of the world, and it's going to be coming with a bonus CD. I certainly hope it's one of Jens' famous homemade affairs.Oh man oh man oh man.
Edit: This deal is a bit more widespread than I had originally expected. It appears that the US may have some sort of preorder deal with the bonus disc too (CONFIRMED: Secretly Canadian will have the bonus disc too)...check out Jens' latest post in "Small Talk."
SPECIAL NOTE: It appears the dollar has fallen once again, and thus, prices are creeping up for overseas goods once again. The CD is now $17 with $3 shipping. Ugh.
